The living room of the suite is good

Number of beds in each bedroom did not meet the expectation as I reserved.

The air up here is so much better than the central labuan bajo area! Little pollution. The place was beautiful and had very few people in it. The food was nice and not super expensive. They gave toiletries. The air con in the rooms was great. The rooms were comfortable.

They gave you one small bottle of water each and the rest you had to pay for. Even the crappiest place I stayed at gave you more water, or unlimited for free. Thankfully you can buy a big bottle from the restaurant for about 20k IDR but it's the principle. Also at first they mixed our rooms up. They gave us a double bed but we ordered 2 singles. They moved us to another room, but I paid extra for a sea view room,and this had no sea view, even one staff member agreed this was not a sea view room. See photo. I told reception, they called a manager , and I contacted booking.com for a refund of the difference in price of the 2 rooms, and no one helped. They just kept saying its non refundable. Even the crapiest places I've stayed at try to accommodate you if they made a mistake, sometimes even upgrade you for free if they have a better room available, just for goodwill. Here, nothing, they just took my extra money and made no effort to make it up anywhere, so I'm unhappy about that. I'd stay here again but Only at the cheapest room. Don't pay a premium for something you may not get. The place was reasonably clean on most areas. But if you look closely some bits were run down (esp some huts looked destroyed if you took a walk). the pool had way too many dead bugs at night, to the point it was off-putting and you didn't feel comfortable in there. They cleaned it in the morning but I think they should clean it twice a day. There was a fair few missing tiles of the pool as well. No biggy, but just saying. The water on the beach and pools was actually too warm. I never thought I'd say that, in a negative light. But we got heat exhaustion from a hike and struggled to cool down after we checked out and felt sick, and couldnt find a cool place to sit and wait for our cab as the only air con space here is in the bedrooms (or the luggage storage room).

Lack of response from staff before stay to make sure we didn’t have to change rooms from staying with a tour and then staying an extra couple of days afterwards. No response from hotel or acknowledgement of our request despite emailing and sending messages and follow-ups via WhatsApp and we had to change rooms after one night.

Staff not cooperative. They don't provide even water and charging for it. I asked for joining bed. I have to remind them 3 times to do it

The rooms were very spacious, new and clean. Beds super large and very comfortable. The beach was amazing, beautiful and quiet.

They didn’t serve any wine nor good coffee.

We stayed in a deluxe room with an ocean view and it was quite nice. I wouldn't recommend staying in villas, though. There is a private beach where you can swim and snorkel (I saw some corals on the left side of it). The sunset view is amazing.

The place is pretty run down. There is a restaurant, but the food is not great and takes forever to prepare. Breakfast could be better, too. Also, as the place is located at a small distance from the city, add 100k one way to pay for a taxi if you want to travel there.

The room is clean with a killer view. Must stay here for at least 2N to enjoy canoeing. And after a long tiring boat trip, we were able to be drop at the hotel beach and not at port (how fancy is that)

Wishing the management will teach the staffs about eco friendly. I opened a tooth brush and the next day its gone and had to open another new one. Same thing happened to the small bar soap that i unwrapped and placed by the wastafel. Hanged towel means reuse and they took it anyway. Oh bathroom floor is very slippery must be careful!

Proximity to a swimmable beach during high tides. Snorkeling was an added bonus. Apart from a little snippiness at the front desk and our shuttle from the airport not arriving everything was wonderful.

Great location far enough out of town for clean beach and snorkeling close enough to zip into LB for meals and book trips. Great sunset location calm protected bay. Great management who helped above and beyond to find lost VISA card. Lovely bunch of school trainees nice to see the hotel supporting locals to train in hospitality

Menu a bit samey. No wines by glass or spirits and missed some basics although listed in menu. Front desk staff not very responsive have to keep asking but the manager gets onto it.

For me , location was great and staff were excellent. Breakfast was more than enough for me and would have stayed longer. However the location is greatly disadvantaged being close to a mosque and the call to pray is very loud. At 4ish every morning and thereafter , this was the only reason to having to move. After many years living in the Middle East , I was surprised just how loud!

There were ants coming out of the bar fridge all the way to the bathroom. We had shown it to the staff who said they will sort it out. They didn’t.

Beachfront access and shuttle to town. The drivers are really friendly and especially the housekeeping team.

1. Bad attitude of some of the restaurant staff. Either need more training or simply just plain lazy. 2. Restaurant kitchen said we CAN'T change how the egg is prepared on the fried rice. If it says sunny side up on the menu then that's what the guest is going to get. They simply don't want the hassle into making a scrambled egg instead. In the end, we keep ordering food from restaurants in town and they deliver the food to our room for free. 3. The front desk barely acknowledges a guest or even say hello. 4. They took our towels to be cleaned but we had to wait for a while until they wash them all and give them back to us.

This property is right in the beach and has a beautiful view of the sunset. I was solo but this is perfect for couples.

I wish there was a fan outside by the toilet. It gets very hot and I was praying I didn’t have to use number 2 again.

This is nice and quiet area and the beach is on your doorstep to relax. Water however is pretty dirty in the evening and so not very pleasant to swim in.

Very basic amenities. Besides lying but a beach/pool there is not much to do here The pools are pretty decent size for swimming and not much else to do all day. WiFi in the area is limited to the main restaurant building therefore in your room you can be isolated-which is also nice in some ways but can be difficult at times. Staff were hit and miss with assistance. Sometimes they were helpful and other times the complete opposite

The sunsets were spectacular, the staff was extra friendly. Very nice buffet breakfast.

A little way from the town meant a $10 CDN return shuttle cost.

A nice comfortable room, location of the room was perfect with nice loungers directly out front.

Staff need to have a better understanding of English. Our room was serviced everyday which was great, but they took forever to replace clean towels. We planned on just having some days at the resort so was always waiting for new towels. Air conditioner was hopeless, very slow also on taking away last nights food tray with food left over on them. When you spend the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ they need to have better services. There was no swimming pool towels in rooms. We felt like we were constantly asking for this an that with very little understanding of English. And a real biggle..no Cocktails or spirits
