100% recommended. Except if you are too much picky and looking for a 5 stars place
Professional Staff and very friendly. Thanks so much to Irene, who managed the airport pick up, tour and every question.
You can see a little bit amount of Plastic and rubbish in the water and walking around the Hotel. Sometimes not noticeable, but there is. We saw a team cleaning the beach.

Good
I liked the place, the seaside, the personal. The breakfast was great!
What I was really furious about was that the management didn't say, nowhere!!!, that just to our cabana there is a full reconstruction of the swimming pool. So a big noise of machines and workers since 7:30am!!! And it lasted all day. If they do a noisy reconstruction ( who wants a big noise during his vacation???), they shouldn't rent the rooms which are just next to it!!!

Hotel with a nice beach
The hotel is located away from the center so it is quiet. Bungalows are almost on the beach which is really nice. The hotel rents kayaks for IDR 500k an hour. You also have sun bed and beach towels provides by the hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is fine and served outside under the trees with the see view. The garden is well maintained.
The restaurant in the hotel is very disappointing. The food is below average. Service is very slow (45mn to cook melted cheese sandwiches!). The outside of the rooms need to be cleaned more often. There is plastics and other stuff lying around. The separating wall is thin so one can hear the neighbours talking. I asked for additional key cards for the rooms but was told that there was only one card per room which is not convenient when you travel with your family. The hotel is fine to stay 2-3 nights.

Good place, could improve a bit
The air up here is so much better than the central labuan bajo area! Little pollution. The place was beautiful and had very few people in it. The food was nice and not super expensive. They gave toiletries. The air con in the rooms was great. The rooms were comfortable.
They gave you one small bottle of water each and the rest you had to pay for. Even the crappiest place I stayed at gave you more water, or unlimited for free. Thankfully you can buy a big bottle from the restaurant for about 20k IDR but it's the principle. Also at first they mixed our rooms up. They gave us a double bed but we ordered 2 singles. They moved us to another room, but I paid extra for a sea view room,and this had no sea view, even one staff member agreed this was not a sea view room. See photo. I told reception, they called a manager , and I contacted booking.com for a refund of the difference in price of the 2 rooms, and no one helped. They just kept saying its non refundable. Even the crapiest places I've stayed at try to accommodate you if they made a mistake, sometimes even upgrade you for free if they have a better room available, just for goodwill. Here, nothing, they just took my extra money and made no effort to make it up anywhere, so I'm unhappy about that. I'd stay here again but Only at the cheapest room. Don't pay a premium for something you may not get. The place was reasonably clean on most areas. But if you look closely some bits were run down (esp some huts looked destroyed if you took a walk). the pool had way too many dead bugs at night, to the point it was off-putting and you didn't feel comfortable in there. They cleaned it in the morning but I think they should clean it twice a day. There was a fair few missing tiles of the pool as well. No biggy, but just saying. The water on the beach and pools was actually too warm. I never thought I'd say that, in a negative light. But we got heat exhaustion from a hike and struggled to cool down after we checked out and felt sick, and couldnt find a cool place to sit and wait for our cab as the only air con space here is in the bedrooms (or the luggage storage room).
